During summer 2007 Link Up organised exciting cookery classes for our Transitions clients to help them develop new culinary skills and support them with independent living. The classes were run by Jyoti Shah from Veggie Kitchen who taught our clients a varied selection of recipes using simplicity and fun. Our friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves and picked up lots of new skills. Many are now preparing their own lunchboxes and making meals at home for their families.
