In March 2003,  Link Up founded a DJ/ Sound Engineering course to help people with learning disabilities to extend their interests in learning to become DJs.  A pilot scheme was introduced at Harrow College. On completion of the course, the students where  given the chance to display their skills to a live audience at Changes Nightclub.

The training course has proved very popular, with many students developing lots of hands on experience DJing at Changes Nightclub as well as various performances in Harrow Town Centre.  The training course is now run by resident Harrow DJ; David Braysher.
