1:1 Club      
Link Up members look forward to the first Friday each month run by the Friends for Friends group. This is when we have our 1:1 Club  where friends can meet together and get to know people from other groups in Link Up. It is a great chance to meet experienced volunteers and their friends. The club includes a changing variety of games, art, crafts and other activities. There is a bar and a tuck shop. A particularly popular part of the club is the live band which everyone can join in with.

Integrated services
Many of our local churches welcome our friends for a service which they can take part in. This includes readings, offertory, special prayers and songs. There is usually a social event afterwards where other members of the community can meet with Link Up members to find out more or just to join in and enjoy themselves.

Boat trips
Every year we organise trips on specially adapted canal boats in Kings Langley. The trips are leisurely and usually include lunch at a local pub. This is a great way of new friends getting to know each other in a relaxed, social environment.
