Accountant's Report The accounts of the company for the financial year ending 31st March 2006 are in agreement with the accounting records kept by the company under section 221 of the Companies Act 1985; and Having regard only to, and on the basis of, the information in those accounting records, those accounts have been drawn up in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act as specified in subsection (6) of section 249C, so far as applicable to the company. Having regard only to, and on the basis of, the information in the accounting records, the company satisfied the requirements of section 249A(4), for the financial year ending 31st March 2006, and did not fall within section 249B(1)(a) to (f) at any time within that financial year.

As the turnover for the period is below £250,000 audited accounts are not required under the Companies Act 1985. For charities with a turnover above £90,000 the Charities Act 1993 requires the appointment of an Independent Examiner. Laurence Magee FCA has again kindly filled this role in an honorary capacity.

Notes: For the year ended 31 March 2005 the Directors have taken advantage of the Companies Act 1985 by not having these accounts audited under Section 249A(2) (partial exemption). The Directors have acknowledged their responsibilities for preparing accounts which give a true and fair view of the company and of its profit and of its profit/less (whichever is applicable) for the year then ended in accordance with the requirements of Section 226 of the Companies Act 1985 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of this Act relating to accounts, so far as applicable to this company. The Directors have acknowledged their responsibilities for ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Section 221 of the Companies company was entitled to exemption under section 249a(2) of the Companies Act 1985.
