| The Friends of Southdown The friends of Southdown are an all ladies group who are friends with residents in a residential home in South Harrow who are also all ladies. They meet about once a month to plan outings and other activities such as parties, barbecues and celebrations. The group are always happy to welcome new members and there are lots of interesting little jobs for volunteers to do. There are one-to-one and group friendships within the group which gives a great new dimension to the lives of all concerned.
